Bret, I've been meaning to shoot you an email since I picked up my RV. I just wanted to pass on how impressed I was with the staff on that Saturday I was there. The RV was inside, ready to go. One gentleman walked me through it while the other worked on my brake and hitch. They both answered any questions I had. The gal in the office who did my paperwork was extremely friendly and had me in and out in no time. I apologize, I do not recall the names of the employees who helped me, but if you have an idea of who they are please pass on my appreciation.
For your part, I really enjoyed dealing with you. I feel you were a straight shooter and treated me right! Now let the camping season begin!
